Sweis iPad Giveaway Rules & Guidelines

Contest Overview:  Sweis will be giving away 12 iPads in 2012 to salon professionals within the Sweis territory of Southern California. Salon professionals may enter the contest by completing the Sweis survey available:

·      clicking on the banner above or here

·      through a Sweis sales representative

·      or at a Sweis store location in Torrance, Lake Forest and San Diego

Contest Rules:

1.    Must be licensed cosmetologist

2.    Must currently work in a salon within the Sweis territory of Southern California and Southern Nevada

3.    No purchase is necessary

4.    Must fill out Sweis survey completely

5.    Survey questions may change from month to month

6.    Entries are discarded at the end of the month when the winner is announced.

7.    To enter again for the following month complete a new survey.

8.    You may enter more than once, however you can only win once

9.    Winner will be selected through a random drawing.

10. Winner will be contacted by phone or email

11. By entering winner’s consents that their name and likeness may be used for Sweis promotional purposes.
