collapse How long does it take to get my account activated?
Once we recieve all the information required, and verified licenses & establishments, we will activate the account and send you an activation notification e-mail.
collapse What are the benefits of registering and creating an account?
Once your account is verified and activated, you will have access to pricing, ordering and the Bi-monthly Sweis Catalog, and the Holidays Catalog.
collapse I registered for the site, and how come I still can't see the prices?
Your account may have not been verified yet or it might be missing additional information. If your account hasn't been activated and you have not been notified, please contact Isabel at 310-375-0558.

Also we ONLY ship out to Southern California.
collapse Can I pick up my order rather than have it shipped?
Yes. We also have a store and we're open from 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday.

collapse Is there Sweis catalog with all the specials on it?
Yes, we do have a bi-monthly catalog on a PDF file that you are only able to view once you're registered and the account has been activated. That option will appear on the left hand menu once your account has been activated.
collapse What are the policies on purchasing Moroccanoil?
We ONLY ship out Moroccanoil to Salon Addresses and to Salons only.
collapse I'm still a student in Beauty/Cosmetology School, could I still create an account?
Yes. Either fax us or e-mail us a copy of your student I.D. for verifification purposes, or feel free to come into the store.
collapse How could I get a Sales Representative to visit our Salon?
E-mail us at info@sweisinc.com or call us at the office 1-877-633-1717 (M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM) with your information and we will have our Sales Manager contact you.
collapse I already have an account with Sweis Inc, do I still need to put all my information when I register?
No. If you already have an acccount with us, you can simply put in your contact information, the name of the beauty supply/salon and your sales rep (if you have one) and we will give you access once everything has been verified.
collapse I could not find any OPI products on the site, do you distribute their products?
Yes. We do not have any OPI products in our site but you can order from us either through fax, e-mail or through the phone.
