24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During this time, we verify license numbers with the state board (California, Nevada, and Arizona only) and we will send you a notification email regarding your application within those 24 hours.

What are the policies on purchasing Moroccanoil?
We ONLY ship out Moroccanoil to Salon Addresses and to Salons only. A Moroccanoil contract is required prior to purchasing.

If you are a first-time customer with Sweis, Inc. or a customer that has not been approved to purchase Moroccanoil, we will forward your information to the Sweis Sales Consultant in your area. Moroccanoil requires that all first-time customers meet their requirements to retail Moroccanoil products, which means that our consultant will contact you. Please give our sales team a maximum of two weeks to contact you.


I'm still a student in Beauty/Cosmetology School, could I still create an account?
Yes. We will need to verify your current enrollment by your student identification card. Please fax or bring in your ID card or proof of enrollment into one of our stores. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to your home or school address.
