Shipping
Our Company does not ship to PO Boxes or Residential Addresses. We require our customer to provide us with their physical salon address. Shipping and Handling charge is a flat fee of $10.95 Saturday Delivery available on pre-paid orders for an additional $3.00 (This service is not guaranteed for businesses located inside large malls.)
Payments accepted
American Express, Visa & MasterCard. C.O.D (Collect on Delivery) Minimum order is $100.00
Tax Exemption Policy
You are eligible for a tax exemption if you can provide us with a valid resale certificate. We will be asking you to fax or mail us a signed resale card. Once confirmed, taxes will be removed. Otherwise, taxes will be applied on your purchase order.
Shortages or Damages
Please notify us immediately of any errors in shipment or defective merchandise.
Backorders:
We do not backorder any items
Returns:
Accepted with prior authorization only. No returns or exchange on seasonal or Novelty Items. No Returns or Exchange on Items purchased over 60 Days. No Returns on all Cosmetics Due to customer Return. 25% Restocking Fee on items returned with price Stickers or Glue residue.
