Product Maintenance Recommendations

  • Dyson Supersonic™ Professional Hair Dryer: Clean your filter regularly. This protects your hair dryer's internal components from styling products, clippings and dust, which can prevent your hair dryer from performing as it should. Clean the filter monthly, or when the white LED lights flash continuously. Your hair dryer comes with a spare filter for quick changes during styling.
  • Dyson Corrale™ Straightener: Regularly cleaning your straightener's plates to remove hair product residue. This keeps them working at their best. First, turn off your straightener and allow the plates to cool down. Then, rub them gently with a damp, lint-free cloth. Please note that you shouldn't use any chemicals or abrasive products to clean the plates.
  • Dyson Supersonic r™️ Professional Hair Dryer: Clean filter when prompted by the yellow flashing LED light or when you feel reduced airflow. Build regular cleaning habits into your routine. Turn off and unplug hair dryer and allow it to cool. Remove the filter. Separate the inner lining from the external cage. Wipe the interior and exterior of the filter cage with a dry, lint free cloth. Rinse the filter and external cage under warm running water. Scrub the interior and exterior of the inner filter with a pea-sized amount of clarifying shampoo. Rinse the filter. With a pinching motion, gently squeeze dry the inner filter with a paper towel. Ensure there is no dirt remaining on the inner filter. Allow both the inner filter and cage to FULLY dry. When fully dry slide the filter into the filter cage. Slide the filter up the cable, line up the dots and click it into place. Your hair dryer will now continue to perform at its best. A white LED light will flash if your filter is not fitted properly or if the filter is not on and the machine will not turn on.
