GUIDELINES

Rewards must be redeemed within 45 days of the close of the quarter —unused rewards expire, do not roll over, and have no monetary value.

If a salon carries Signature or Gold (but not both), they cannot redeem rewards for the line they do not carry.

Backbar items must account for at least 50% of the total amount.


REDEEM

Rewards can be redeemed for Academy Tickets and the following products:

Backbar Haircare • Signature/Gold shampoo & conditioner (refill bags only) • Signature Extended Collection • Signature/Gold in-salon treatment - (excluding weekly boosters, 1 per quarter) • Signature/Gold empty containers.

Stylist Station • Signature leave-in treatment (maximum of 12 per item) • Gold leave-in treatment (maximum of 6 per item) • Signature styling – excluding sprays (maximum of 12 per item) • Signature styling – sprays (maximum of 6 per item) • Monochromatic styling (maximum of 6 per item).

Color • Sophistone/Addicthy developers & processing lotion • Sophistone Color Balancing Shampoo • Color Support Trio • Color tools.

Guest Samples & Gifts (Travel Sizes) • Signature/Gold shampoo & conditioner (maximum of 60 sets).

Merchandising • Name plate (Corporate or Gold) • Countertop display • Sign holder • Graphic box • Travel size display (1 per year). Gold treatment tray • Organizer carts (availability may vary).
